Eastwood House is situated in the delightful coastal parish of Brancaster, Norfolk. Brancaster is known for its simply stunning beach. It stretches for miles, backed by gentle sand dunes and the famous links golf course of The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club. Seals bask on the creek edges, and children can safely paddle in the tidal lagoons. The tide goes out a long way revealing the shipwreck of the S S Vina (beware of strong tides and do not venture out!) The sand is perfect for sandcastles and picnics. Kite surfers provide exciting entertainment on windy days. Parking is a few yards from the beach and anyone who walks that little bit further will be rewarded with their own private stretch of sand! The Ship public house has recently been reopened under Chris Couborough The Flying Kiwi Chef, to great reviews. Traditional ice cream and lollies can be bought from the booth on the beach! Wildlife along the coast is abundant and accessible, Marsh Harriers wheel overhead along with Avocets, Oyster Catchers and Terns. A trip would not be complete without tasting the famous mussels, in season when there is an ‘R’ in the month

Eastwood House is an English Tourist Board 4 Star Gold accommodation. This bright and sunny modern family home is situated in the heart of the popular coastal village of Brancaster. The house, recently extended is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style. The property also benefits from the fabulous outdoor heated swimming pool.
The accommodation comprises, entrance hall with hanging space for coats and boots, wooden flooring, stairs to first floor; off the hall is the bright and sunny sitting room with wood flooring and a wood burning stove. L shaped sofa unit, easy chair, coffee table, flat screen TV with Free view, DVD player and Wi-fi; double doors lead the to the large, south-facing conservatory with contemporary furniture and a double door to the garden.
Kitchen/dining area: modern recently fitted kitchen with tiled floor, double sink, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, storage cupboards; dining area with wooden flooring, refectory table with seating for 8.
Off the kitchen door to a passageway with a double bedroom, king size bed, bedside tables; separate shower room with power shower, basin and heated towel rail, with a door to rear the garden. Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
